This Interim Partnership Agreement is made this 1st day of March , 2013 between Child, Family and Community Services, Inc. (CFCS) and Chabot-Las Positas Community College District (CLPCCD) for purposes of having the Chabot College Children’s Center (CCCC) provide comprehensive Head Start services to qualified families with children age three to five years old. This agreement is for the service delivery period of March 1, 2013 through May 31, 2013 to include full day/full year and part day/part year services for qualified families. These Head Start services are to be provided only at the Chabot College Children’s Center.
