This Charter made and entered into this 11th day of December, 2012, by and between Brevard Public Schools (hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor") and Viera Charter Schools, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "School"), a not for profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida. It is the intent of the parties that this contract shall constitute the School’s Charter. The School’s approved application is incorporated by reference into the Charter as Appendix A. If any provision of this Charter is inconsistent with Appendix A, the provisions of this Charter shall prevail.
