For the purposes of this agreement, “The Photographer” is Stuart Bogg trading as Stuart Bogg Photography and the individual The Photographer takes on an assignment for (whether representing an organisation or not) shall be referred to as “The Client”. “Images” means any images furnished by The Photographer, whether photographs, prints or other type of physical or electronic material”.
