This Settlement Agreement (the “Settlement”) is by and between, PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY, a Colorado corporation (“PSCo”) and, the CITY OF BOULDER, a Colorado home rule municipality (“Boulder”). PSCo and Boulder shall be referred to collectively as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party.” This Settlement is entered into on this day of August 2020 to be effective as provided herein.
