The terms of this agreement ("Terms of Service" or “Terms”) govern the relationship between you and Facebook by Fonetwish (hereinafter "Facebook by Fonetwish" or "Us" or "We") regarding your use of Facebook by Fonetwish’s social games and related services, which include applications for mobile devices and Facebook by Fonetwish branded websites (the "Service"). In this agreement, "Facebook by Fonetwish" means Facebook by Fonetwish Inc. located at 699 8th Street, San Francisco, California 94103, if you are a user in the United States; or Facebook by Fonetwish Luxembourg S.a.r.l. located at 15, rue Edward Steichen, L-2540, Luxembourg, if you are a user outside the United States. In either case “Facebook by Fonetwish” includes Affiliates, which shall mean subsidiaries, parent companies, joint ventures and other corporate entities under common ownership.
