On May 8, 2018, PacifiCorp filed a Project Construction Agreement (Agreement) between Avangrid Renewables, LLC (Avangrid) and PacifiCorp.1 PacifiCorp states that the Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which PacifiCorp agrees to perform and Avangrid agrees to fund work to support relocation of the Klamath Energy Facility, LLC into the new Avangrid balancing authority area. The Agreement is accepted for filing, effective July 9, 2018, as requested.
