The Board of Education of the Brandon School District, hereinafter referred to as the "Board", recognizes the Brandon Administrators Association, hereinafter referred to as the "Associationll, as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative to the extent required by the provisions of Public Act 379 of 1965, as amended, for all personnel assigned as administrators and the Director of Operation, the Food Service Director, the Transportation Director and the Assistant Director of Community Education but excluding the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendents, non-certified supervisors, and all employees covered by other collective bargaining agreements.
