We, Red Oak Capital Income Opportunity Fund II, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us,” or the “Company”), are offering a maximum of $300,000,000 in the aggregate, subject to two increases of up to $150,000,000 each at the sole discretion of our Manager, of our 8.5% Unsecured bonds (the “Bonds”) pursuant to the Confidential Private Placement Memorandum (the “Memorandum”) dated July , 2024 (the “Offering”). The purchase price per Bond is $1,000, with a minimum purchase amount of $50,000.
