Pets Without Lessor�s prior written consent, no animal, bird or other pet shall be brought on or kept on the said Mobile Home. Occupants The Mobile Home shall be occupied only by the Lessee and the following persons: . Any additional occupants may reside in the Mobile Home with the written consent of the Lessor, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Guests shall be permitted, provided that the Lessee notifies the Lessor in writing. Any guests occupying the Mobile Home for more than days at any time is prohibited and the same shall be considered a breach of this Agreement.
