Board approved an agreement with INDOT on April 29, 2014 and INDOT provided a replacement/updated contract at the September 9, 2016 Board meeting. However, I just received notice from INDOT’s LPA division, that INDOT’s legal/finance division stated this should have just had a supplement. See attached email. Hence this request of a supplement to the original contract.
