(“Agreement”) is made between the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (“MWSS”), a government corporation organized and existing pursuant to Republic Act No. 6234, as amended, (the “Charter”), and Maynilad Water Services, Inc. (“MWSI”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Philippines (the “Concessionaire”).
