In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, located at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (hereinafter referred to as "NASA") and GEORGIA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY located at 225 NORTH AVE NW, Atlanta, GA 30332-0002 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "GTRI"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
