(distributor) and Osborn Products Inc. (developer). By installing, or otherwise using this SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, Thread Check Inc. / Osborn Products Inc. will not license the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to you. In such event, you may not use or copy this SOFTWARE PRODUCT, and you should promptly contact Thread Check Inc.
