For the purposes of Article 28 of Regulation 2016/679, this data processing addendum (hereinafter: “Addendum”) is incorporated into, and is subject to the agreement on the public offer to use the NovaKid platform service by teachers (hereinafter: “Agreement”) between NovaKid Inc. (registered seat: 548 Market St 8291, San Francisco, CA 94104-5401, USA; together with its Affiliates, “NovaKid”, hereinafter “Data Controller”) and the English language teacher who is a party to the Agreement (hereinafter: “Data Processor”) (Data Controller and Data Processor each a “Party”; together the “Parties”).
