The individual named below (hereinafter referred to as “I” or “me”) desires to participate in the soccer programs, events, and activities of United Soccer League, LLC which owns and operates the elite youth soccer league known as USL Academy (hereinafter, the “Academy”). In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Academy’s competition, including participating in activities related to the Academy which are organized by any team playing in the Academy (“Soccer Activities”), I agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (hereinafter, the “Agreement”).
