THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation and Orbis1, LLC dba CoStreet Communications (“CoStreet”), a Louisiana limited liability corporation and shall be deemed effective as of thirty (30) calendar days after the date of the final signature on this document. This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or CoStreet or both as a “Party” or “Parties”.
