This agreement for the provision of plan, map, and document review services (“Agreement”) is made and entered in this 5th day of January, 2016 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation (“City)” and R.A. Wiedemann & Associates, Inc. (“Consultant”).
