This Contract to participate in the Neurocritical Care Society (NCS) 22nd Annual Meeting at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego (“Facility”), in San Diego, California October 14-18, 2024, including but not limited to set-up and dismantle dates shall become effective when it has been submitted by the exhibiting company and accepted by NCS. The individual signing this Contract represents and warrants that he/she is duly authorized to execute this binding Contract on behalf of the exhibiting company. By signing below, the exhibiting company agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below. The exhibiting company agrees that upon acceptance of this Contract by NCS, with or without appropriate payment of the exhibition fee and further action by the exhibiting company, this Contract, together with the Contract Conditions/Rules & Regulations below, (collectively “this Contract”) shall become a legally binding contract between NCS and exhibiting company (“Exhibitor”).
