My child, , is not yet 18-‐years-‐old and will participate on 14 November, 2015 in Splash at Yale (the “Program”), which is being organized and run by Splash at Yale: an Undergraduate Organization, a registered student organization of Yale University. This document (“Agreement”) covers all aspects of my child’s participation in the Program. In this Agreement, “Yale” means Yale University, its trustees, officers, employees, trainees, students, volunteers, and agents and Splash at Yale: an Undergraduate Organization.
