This Agreement between the City of San Luis Obispo and San Luis Garbage Company for Collection of Solid Waste (“Agreement”), is made and entered into as of the day of June, 2022 (the “Effective Date”) in the State of California by and between the City of San Luis Obispo, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereafter “City”) and San Luis Garbage Company, a California corporation (hereafter “Franchisee”), each of which may be referred to individually as a “Party” or together as the “Parties.
