Introduction. This Terms of Service document (the "Agreement") is a contract that governs the use of the Yodlee service that is described in the rest of this Agreement (the "Service") offered by Synchrony Bank (hereinafter Company "we" or "us") through our online banking site or mobile applications (the "Site"). “You” and “Your” refer to any individual who uses the Service. This Agreement applies to your use of the Service and the portion of the Site through which the Service is offered. The terms of this Agreement are in addition to any other agreements and disclosures applicable to your account with us. If there is a conflict between the terms of any other agreement or disclosure and this Agreement regarding the Service, this Agreement will govern.
