(the “Underwriter”) in connection with the issuance of the above-captioned bonds (the “Bonds”), issued pursuant to a Trust Indenture, dated as of December 1, 2015 (the “Indenture”), by and between the City of San José (the “Issuer”) and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee (the “Trustee”).
