THIS COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT (Agreement) is made this day of 20__, for the use and benefit of ___________________________ (Institution of Higher Education [IHE]) and __________________________________ (Local Education Provider [LEP]) pursuant to the Concurrent Enrollment Programs Act, Sections 22-35-101 to 112, C.R.S. (Act). The Act created the concurrent enrollment program, defined as the simultaneous enrollment of a qualified student in a LEP and in one or more postsecondary courses, including academic or career and technical education courses, which may include course work related to apprenticeship programs or internship programs, at an IHE.
