This agreement has been designed to protect professional Salon, Spa, Barbershop or Beauty Schools against the unauthorized sale of LOMA products in the marketplace and to protect the brand’s equity, limit its liability and prevent and prohibit counterfeiting. The commitment of LOMA to the sale of products exclusively to profession Salon, Spa, Barbershop or Beauty Schools relies heavily on the Salon, Spa, Barbershop or Beauty Schools commitment to the terms.
