This Reciprocal Agreement for Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Local 5 New York Welfare Fund (Reciprocal Agreement) is entered into by the Board of Trustees of Welfare Fund (signatory Welfare or Funds) which provide welfare benefits for Employees (Employees) who are or have been represented for the purpose of collective bargaining. This Reciprocal Agreement may also be entered into by Trustees of a Welfare Fund which provides health and welfare benefits for Employees not represented for the purpose of collective bargaining.
