SUMMER 2022 DRYSAIL SPACE RENTAL CONTRACT MILWAUKEE COMMUNITY SAILING CENTER (MCSC)Space Rental Contract • April 11th, 2022
This is a seasonal space rental. After payment runs, no refunds will be made. A $5.00 per day charge will be levied if property remains after the season ends. The 2022 season begins May 15, 2022 and ends October 15, 2022. The boat name or some other identification must be on the bow, stern or trailer in addition to a MCSC decal. Docking time is limited to 15 minutes for provisioning or picking up passengers. The overall length of boat and trailer must be smaller than the stall length if applicable. All boats must be maintained in a usable and seaworthy condition. All dinghies must conveniently fit on a MCSC assigned dinghy rack space or are subject to denial of that space. If the boat is not removed within thirty (30) days after the end of the term, owner expressly authorizes MCSC, Inc without notice to proceed in any manner satisfactory to MCSC, Inc to sell or otherwise dispose of the boat and recover from the proceeds thereof all amounts then due MCSC, including all actual attorneys’
