This agreement made this day of , 202_ (“Agreement”), by and between the Town of Mount Airy, a municipal corporation of the State of Maryland, party of the first part (hereafter the “Town”), and Chick-Fil-A, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Georgia, and any and all of their heirs, assigns or successors in interest, parties of the second part (hereafter collectively referred to as “CFA”). Town and CFA shall be collectively referred to as “the Parties”.
