This Amendment No. 3 is entered into by and between the Texas Facilities Commission (hereinafter referred to as “TFC”), a state agency located at 1711 San Jacinto Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78701 and Texasadmin.com, Inc., A Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Adminmonitor, Inc. located at 2550 South IH 35, Suite 205, Austin, Texas 78704 (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”) (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”), to amend the original contract, as amended, for video production and streaming services for public meetings held by TFC (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”).
