NONREIMBURSABLE SPACE ACT UMBRELLA AGREEMENT BETWEENAct Umbrella Agreement • March 13th, 2024
This Umbrella Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Umbrella Agreement") shall be for the purpose of conducting collaborative activities in the areas of basic and advanced research, demonstration and evaluation in the area of Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) to enable transformative and disruptive aerial transportation systems and networks for mobilizing people and things in ways that are not possible today. The Parties expect the results of these activities will promote public confidence in AAM safety and facilitate community-wide learning while capturing the public's imagination. Specifics on the AAM demonstration, research and evaluation activities are outlined in the Annexes to which they apply.
