This Contract No. C21178948 (“Contract”) is entered into July 1, 2020, by and between the CITY OF PALO ALTO, a California chartered municipal corporation (“CITY”), and PALO ALTO COMMUNITY CHILD CARE, INC., a corporation duly organized and existing under the Nonprofit Corporation Law of the State of California, located at 3990 Ventura Court, Palo Alto, CA 94306 (“CONSULTANT”). CITY and CONSULTANT are referred to collectively as the “Parties”.
