THIS PERSONAL PROPERTY DONATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made this 4th day of October, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the City of West Fargo, a municipal corporation and home rule charter city organized under the laws of the State of North Dakota, whose principal address is 800 Fourth Avenue East, Suite 1, West Fargo, ND 58078 (the “City”), and the City of Minot, a municipal corporation and home rule charter city organized under the laws of the State of North Dakota, whose principal address is 512 2nd Ave SW, Minot ND 58702 (the “Recipient”) (collectively, the City and Recipient are referred to as the “Parties”).
