THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and TZAK Wireless, Inc. d/b/a Talk Now USA ("Talk Now USA"), a South Carolina corporation, and shall be deemed effective ten business days following the date of the last signature of both Parties (”Effective Date”). This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or Talk Now USA or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
