The Audio Visual Imagineering (AVI) SkyLase Comprehensive Extended Warranty and Service Agreement (Agreement) is designed to assist SkyLase users in maintaining their SkyLase in proper operating condition and minimize system downtime. The Service Agreement includes the SkyLase helpline, SkyLase extended warranty and software updates. Additionally, at no additional charge, AVI will add one new, complete laser show to the customer’s existing show library. All SkyLase systems supplied by AVI are eligible for this Extended Warranty and Service Agreement upon expiration of the previous SkyLase Warranty.
