THIS PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of April 20, 2018 by and among Winn-Dixie Montgomery Leasing, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Seller”), Autry Greer & Sons, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Buyer”, and collectively with Seller, the “Parties”), and First American Title Insurance Company, a Nebraska insurance company (“Escrow Agent”).
