These Recipient User Terms and Conditions (“Recipient User Agreement”) are effective as of 16 September 2024. This Recipient User Agreement is a contract between you and us. It describes the terms and conditions by which you will be bound when you use the services accessible at one or more of our Channels including, without limitation, the WorldRemit app and the Sendwave app (“Platform”). Do not use the Platform if you do not agree to be bound by this Recipient User Agreement. By using the Platform you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this User Agreement.
