Each employee shall be allowed two (2) days per year without a deduction of pay for the purpose o f conducting personal business. Leave for personal business shall not be granted unless a written request is made to the Superintendent of Schools through the Principal, and the lime thereof shall be subject to approval by the Superintendent. Leave for personal business will not be granted for any business which can be conducted during time other than the times during which the employee is employed by the District. All written requests for leave for personal business must include the specific reason for personal purposes. At the end of each year, unused personal leave days may be rolled over into accumulated sick leave.
