Sammy’s Disposal is not responsible for any damage to lawns, driveways, pavement, private roads, sidewalks, curbs, underground plumbing, wells, septic systems, sprinkler systems, or utilities. It is your responsibility to make Sammy’s Disposal aware of any surface conditions or underground utilities which might be affected by delivery of a container or pick ups. You assume responsibility for damage that may occur due to the size and weight of the vehicle and the size and weight of the container. Sammy’s Disposal shall only be liable for damages to the extent that such damages were caused by Sammy’s Disposal gross negligence or willful misconduct. Your payment method will be saved on file for any additional fees that may occur.
