This Contract for General Planning Consultant and Master Plan Update is made and entered into this 6TH day of June, 2019 by and between the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, an independent special district under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "Owner", and Ricondo & Associates, Inc., a Illinois Corporation authorized to do business in the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the “Consultant”. The Owner and the Consultant hereby agree as follows:
