Box 7800, Tavares, Florida 32778 (hereinafter “Lake County”), and MARION COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, by and through its Board of County Commissioners, whose address is 601 SE 25th Avenue, Ocala, FL 34471 (hereinafter “Marion County”) (individually the “Party,” collectively the “Parties”).
