The following Terms of Service, together with your executed Enrollment Form constitute your agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”) with Champion Energy Services, LLC (“Champion”) for the purchase of electricity service for your non-residential commercial business. Champion agrees to sell and you, as a commercial business (nonresidential) customer agree to buy the quantity of electricity delivered to you, as measured or estimated by your Transmission and Distribution Service Provider or “TDU”. Champion is certified by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (“PUCT”) as a Retail Electric Provider (“REP”) and as such will, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, arrange for the delivery of electricity from your TDU to the Service Address for the commercial business specified on your Enrollment Form or as specified on Attachment A.
