Definitions (a) "Customer" means the person named herein who has executed this Agreement. (b) "Bank" means Chaitanya Godavari Grameena Bank, a Bank incorporated under Regional Rural Bank Act 1976, having its registered office at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh (hereinafter termed as CGGB).
