SETTLEMENT AND RELEASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) made subject to approval by the Court, as defined herein, by Cecil E. Hopkins, (“Plaintiff Hopkins”), individually and as the representative of the Settlement Class, as defined herein, and Kansas Teachers Community Credit Union (“KTCCU” or “Defendant”). Plaintiff Hopkins, Kansas Teachers Community Credit Union and the Class are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
