This Agreement (the “Member Agreement”) made and entered into this _____ day of _______________, 2008, by and between the Albemarle Regional Solid Waste Management Authority, a regional solid waste management authority organized and existing pursuant to the laws of the State of North Carolina (the “Authority”) and Dare County, a political subdivision organized and existing pursuant to the laws of the State of North Carolina and a member of the Authority (“Dare County”).
