Scope: If you are travelling outside Ireland on University business Club Travel can provide a travel management service for you. In particular they can provide professional advice and assistance when booking multi-point trips or when arranging travel for more than one person. Club Travel provide assistance to those intending to travel or if you prefer to book directly (for single point travel) you may do so utilising their online booking tool which trawls multiple airline operators to identify appropriate flights for you. As well as being able to provide professional assistance with your travel arrangements, Club Travel will invoice NUI Galway directly for your travel arrangements which means you do not have to utilise your personal credit card for making bookings.
