(Debtor-in-Possession) (“GCL”) and GC Acquisition Limited (“New GX”) (collectively “Applicants”) Application (IB Docket 02-286) unless and until after the Applicants reach a final agreement with the Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States (“CFIUS”) and there is an opportunity for public comment thereon.
