THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (hereinafter called “MOU”), entered into this day of October 2008, by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, hereinafter called "County," and the NORTHERN CALIFORNIA HIGH INTENSITY DRUG TRAFFICKING AREA hereinafter called "NCHIDTA" and the NORTHERN CALIFORNIA REGIONAL TERRORISM THREAT ASSESSMENT CENTER hereinafter called “NCRTTAC” FUSION CENTER;
