THIS Lease Agreement (“Agreement”), made this day of 2018, by and between The City of Frederick, a municipal corporation of the State of Maryland (“City”) and Cresap Rifle Club, Inc, a Maryland non-profit Corporation (“Tenant”) (collectively (“Parties”).
