The Metal and Engineering Associated Industries Award; as in operation just before the making of the agreement, provided that where there is any inconsistency between the agreement and the award, the agreement shall take precedence to the extent of any inconsistency. Where there is inconsistency between the main body of the Agreement and any clause in the Award, the clause in the agreement shall apply and shall be deemed to expressly oust the operation of the Award clause. To remove any doubt, clauses in the agreement, including but not limited to Mode of Engagement, Classification Structure, Rates of pay, Hours of Work, Leave Arrangements, Shift Work and Allowances, Rosters and Roster
