This Continuing Disclosure Agreement (this “Disclosure Agreement”), dated as of June 1, 2012, is executed and delivered by the City of Azusa (the “City”) and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as dissemination agent hereunder (the “Dissemination Agent”) in connection with the execution and delivery of the City of Azusa Water System Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2012A (the “Water Bonds”). The Water Bonds are being issued pursuant to the Indenture, dated as of June 1, 2012 (the “Water Indenture”), by and between the City and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee thereunder (the “Trustee”).
