INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION (“World Bank”), acting as administrator of funds provided by the European Communities, the Government of the Swiss Confederation, the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia, the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as Donors of the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for the Kosovo Sustainable Employment Development Policy Program, for the purpose of providing a Grant (as hereinafter defined) in support of the Program (as defined in the Appendix to this Agreement).
